Overview
We’ve thought about this long and hard: Is there really a need for communication training for women? Perhaps not, and certainly not all women need it. Nevertheless, we would like to offer training to those who would like to strenghten their impact, presence and communication. Also in the interest of “female empowerment”, which is close to our hearts.
Communication Training for Women should act like a “sovereignty boost” and be fun! We work on personal persuasion and assertiveness, handling and communicating criticism and critical feedback, as well as an authentic, self-confident appearance.

Contents
Training goals and content can be agreed on an individual basis. Here are some examples:
Dealing with emotions, conflicts and difficult communication situations
Communication differences in men and women
Ways to make an authentic and convincing presentation through the use of body language and voice
Assertiveness and self-confident appearance
Personal, constructive feedback on your communication and presentation style
Recognising and building on strengths, accepting weaknesses (sometimes)
Procedure
Many women wish to appear more assertive and self-confident at work. Or to leave behind their own beliefs that stand tall in healthy self-confidence. It is usually helpful to take a close look at your own self-image and expand and adjust it through feedback from outside.
Our Communication Training for Women takes up this challenge and is thus a real “sovereignty boost” for women in business.
In a protected setting, women train among themselves and learn new and more self-confident behaviour in the in the areas of communication and presentation. They also learn more about the different communication behaviour of men and women, confront obstructive beliefs and attitudes and have the opportunity to work on both a new mindset and concrete behavioural changes in a work context.
